Trained in ballet, tap and jazz, Ashley has taught pre-ballet, children's classes, adult beginner and teen contemporary along with a variety of other classes and combination classes at Northampton Dance Studios / The Dance Center.

In 2015 she and Miss Debbi attended the NYC Tribute to Luigi, the father of jazz dancing and long time friend of Mrs. Evans and Debbi, held at the Broadway Dance Center. The evening provided a remarkable video honoring Luigi along with his work and dedication to the world of dance throughout his lifetime. A special class was given by his protege, Frances Roach, which was much appreciated by everyone in attendance.

Ashley enjoys choreographing competition routines for our Studio 107 competition teams, small groups and soloists. Formerly known as Debbi's Dancers the teams have won many international, national and regional awards throughout the years.

Ashley's love of performing led her to compete through her teenage years in many talent competitions throughout the United States including Showbiz National Talent Competition, Showstoppers and Dance America, Dance Olympus winning many first place awards in solo competition, duet and group productions.

Ashley also enjoys instructing our musical theater classes as well as serving as choreographer for musical theater productions for other organizations and schools in the local area. She and Miss Debbi's most recent choreography engagements include Summit Christian Academy's 2015 musical theater production of the Broadway musical Annie and 2016 production of The Wizard of Oz, both receiving tremendous applause.

Ashley is a graduate of Old Dominion University and an alumni member of the Tidewater Dance Theater, Inc.
